This fun and challenging pole fitness class, taught by XPERT Pole Fitness trained instructors, provides you with a safe and fun environment to learn a variety of pole fitness techniques, dance choreography, and combination flows that will increase your upper body and core strength, coordination, flexibility and balance. Learn to push, pull, lift and suspend your body weight while gracefully moving on and off the pole. Pole Fitness is a full body workout. Shorts recommended (no heels required).

This L2/L3 bridge class is meant for students who have been taking L2 for a little while but want to push themselves to work on progressions for L3 tricks. Students should be able to perform a clean inversion off of the floor, and be ready to work on shoulder mounts. The instructor will break down pre-advanced tricks into small pieces so that advanced beginners and intermediate students alike will receive progressions of the same move. Get ready to werk!

Dust off those heels and strap yourself into the Hotttt Seat as you transform your metal chair into a sturdy partner. This floorwork-based chair dance class is sure to get you conditioned and learning new choreography. Stick with it each week, as we build choreographed dance and flow to a new song every few weeks.

All fitness levels welcome! L1 is the class for anyone new to pole dancing. Starting from the ground up, you will learn beginner pole dance moves, including spins, climbs and floorwork. We will work on conditioning moves that will help you begin to invert and create choreography in every class. Please bring leg warmers and knee pads to class - the studio has knee pads for sale and to lend out.

Power up and tone up in this class that focuses on using the pole as an apparatus for total-body conditioning. Through a series of exercises, including pull-ups, crunches, squats, climbs and more, learn how you can use the vertical pole to totally transform your core, arms and legs. Shorts are recommended.

In this high-flying aerial dance class you’ll twist, turn and wind your way through a suspended aerial hoop, called a Lyra, to increase strength, balance and flexibility while learning choreographed movements that will all come together for an impressive acrobatic finale. Leggings are recommended.
